2020 W-2's are now available!

All employees are now able to access their 2020 W-2 in OnPay.

Items to know about your W-2:

  • State and Local taxes are calculated to correspond with your home address as listed in Workday
  • If you opted into electronic-only delivery of your W-2, you will not receive a paper copy in the mail.

To view your W-2 in OnPay:

  1. Log into OnPay.
  2. Click on earnings in the left side menu.
  3. Under Earnings, click on 2020.
  4. Click "Download W-2".

W-2's will be mailed out no later than January 31, 2021 to employees who opted to receive a paper copy. For questions, please contact human resources.
